Why you should attend
Attendance
- Only Team Members who have confirmed their attendance through the RSVP form by Monday, 01 July 2024, at 12 noon, will be included in the official guest list. No RSVP extensions will be granted after registration closes.
- Team Members who confirm attendance but later retract it will incur charges as follows:
- From July 29 to August 2: 50% of PHP 1,700.00 (PHP 850.00)
- From August 5 to August 17: 100% of PHP 1,700.00
- In case of unforeseen events before or on the event day, Team Members must immediately inform their line managers. Line managers will review reasons for non-attendance and communicate decisions to the Vibe team at vibe@vbp.au, with supporting documents required.
- Withdrawal of attendance is subject to review and approval by the team member’s line manager in collaboration with the Vibe team.
- For Team Members who fail to respond by the cut-off date (Thursday, June 27) or wish to change their initial response, please inform the Vibe Team by Thursday, July 25, 2024.
Plus Ones
Finalists for award nominations and team members with 6 years or more tenure may bring one guest to the event at an additional cost.
The extra guest rate is PHP 1,700 per head, deducted through two pay runs on July 15 and 30.

How to avail of the plus one?
1) Lodge a Vibe request (under the Executive Office section) through the Internal Requests page and select “Events-Talents and Awards Night”.
2) In the available text box of the request, kindly provide the following:
- a) Name of Team Member and tenure (years of service)
- b) Name of Line Manager
- c) Name of Guest
3) Click submit and wait for confirmation/update from the Vibe Team.
